Aunt Who?

Aunt Greg has been serving up good eats for over thirty years. He and his family have put together a menu that reflects many of the flavors and tastes of the South into a Street Food Style. 
 What about the name "Aunt Greg" you ask? He acquired his nickname by accident from his sweet three year old niece, who got a little confused over Aunts and Uncles. Well, when a name sticks, it sticks!

Southern Eats has a history longer and more interesting than most know about. The South's unique mixture of cultures and ingredients has produced foods of comfort and excitement for hundreds of years. Aunt Greg's Southern Eats stays true to tradition and brings it forward into some serious Street Food. Whatever you choose, we hope that it brings that comfort and excitement into your life!

The Lindsey Lou - Southern Pulled Pork Tacos with Cheddar Cheese, salsa, spicy ranch and cilantro.
Big A's Brisket Taco - Smoked beef brisket Tacos with Cheddar Cheese, salsa, and lettuce.
Daddy Mac - Homemade Mac & Cheese topped with pulled pork. Served with white bread and your favorite sauce.
MeMac - Homemade Mac & Cheese topped with sautéed shrimp, green onions, bacon, and our parmesan crack.
Brunswick Stew - Pulled Pork, Pulled chicken, tomatoes, onions, corn, and plenty of sauce and time make this a favorite.
Middleburg Stew - A hearty and flavorful stew with pork, onion, potatoes, with plenty of sauce and spice.
​Cuban Quesadilla - Cheddar Monterey Jack; pork; ham; mustard dill pickle sauce. Amazing.
Sweet Heat Chicken Quesadilla - Cheddar Monterey Jack;  pulled chicken, sauteed onion and peppers.
Hickory Hash Potatoes - If you are hungry  stop here. Seasoned country taters topped with cheese, pork, Middleburg Stew, more cheese, Sweet Heat tomato BBQ sauce, and spicy ranch, and topped with bacon.
Big Bubba BBQ Sandwich - served overflowing on Texas Toast with choice of sauce. Get a fork.
'BAMA Chicken Sandwich - AlaBAMA white sauced pulled chicken topped with bacon and melted cheese and pepper.
Nashville Hot Chicken Wrap - Nashville spiced chicken wrapped with cheddar, salsa, lettuce, and spicy ranch.
Pork Pops - Thick slices of fried Pork goodness.
Breakfast Burritos - Choose between Sausage, Chorizo, Chicken, or  Brisket. Two eggs, cheese,  taters, AG's Sauce, and a smidgen of hot sauce.
